Open your package IMMEDIATELY after receiving it in the mail. After 7 days I am no longer responsible for incorrect orders or damaged items. That is 7 days after the delivery date.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipment date. The item must be unwashed and show no signs of wear. A full refund will be given for the purchase price and applied once item has been looked over.

Damaged items must be brought to my attention within 7 days of shipment date. A clear photo of the damage needs to be emailed to me. A refund or exchange can be given for damages.
Refunds will only be given for returns or damaged items. You cannot request a refund on an item that you have not received yet. For example, if you preorder an item, you will not be refunded unless you receive it and would like to return or exchange it - or it if has any damage.
If your package is lost in the mail, you need to contact Route Shipping Insurance. If you did not purchase insurance, I am sorry but I am not responsible for missing packages in the mail.
